Dear All,
Please note that MERCIAN (archaeologists) have offered 2 extra match funding Fieldwork days to the Battle of Hatfield Investigation Society ... today and tomorrow (12th and 13th of November).
This is in addition to the 3 match funding Community days that they have already committed.
Hence this Friday (13th) will be our final Fieldwork day.

No such date exists !

It’s what you’ve all been waiting for !
As part of our HLF funded (Non Invasive) Phase 1, Fieldwork is now confirmed as taking place at St. Mary’s, Cuckney between 2nd – 6th & 9th – 11th November.
Fieldwork flyers will also be distributed to each house in Cuckney, Norton and Holbeck very shortly.
Now is the time to let us know asap which single day you would like to attend.

As you may know BOHIS have been awarded £15,600 by the HLF.
The 1st Community Day will take place next Saturday (26th September) between 10am and 4pm and will help explain all future events.
These events comprise the Workshops, final “Tie up” Community Days (detailed below) plus the fieldwork which will take place between the 2nd and 11th November.
